There are a variety of interesting white wines that have unique qualities that make them very food friendly. The wines we have selected have a style that pair quite nicely with the dishes we prepare. Blush wines are unique in that the wine during fermentation has the grape skins added for a limited time, much less than with a red wine. This adds a zest and body not otherwise found in an already excellent white vintage. It also adds a pinkish coloring which gives these wine varieties their common name, a “Blush Wine.”
